At Inspired Early Learning we maintain a comprehensive library of policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in our care.
These documents are developed under legislative requirements, industry frameworks and our own internal review processes. The Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 is the primary source of regulations within the child education and care sector.
Policy and procedure documents are reviewed annually and updated on a regular basis. At Inspired we welcome our children, families, employees and the broader Botanic Ridge community when reviewing and updating our policy and procedures.
Families will be notified directly of updates which impact their daily experience at Inspired Early Learning.
Founded by Executive Directors Caitlyn Lock and Rebecca Tobin, we have a combined experience of over 20 years in early education and management, both having attained our early childhood qualifications. We are enthusiastic about providing you and your children, with a stimulating and nurturing environment where their curiosity and interests are promoted.
As parents ourselves we value the need for families to be comfortable and confident in who they trust with their children. We work alongside a team of passionate early childhood professionals to ensure Inspired Early Learning offers the best education and care to your children.

We review selected policies every month (please refer to our policy schedule), and every policy gets reviewed at least once per year. At Inspired Early Learning, we believe in collaborative relationships and therefore include our children, families, educators and community members to support in our review process.
It’s true, many policies get written, filed and do little but collect dust for the remainder of their time.
However, at Inspired, fire drills, lock down practices, health and safety reviews and emergency evacuation are actually integral to our children’s learning. Through repetition our children learn to be responsive in serious situations whilst remaining calm and supporting our peers.
Policies and procedures support the foundation of quality practice. They help to guide the actions of everyone involved at Inspired and guide the daily work and decision making to promote the best outcomes for all stakeholders in the service, including children, families and themselves.
