Our Centre Directors play a central role in delivering quality education and care at Inspired, we believe they emphasis strong community connections, leadership skills and demonstrate empathy and care in respect to all children, families and educators.
At Inspired, we aim to create a balance of working life and family life, therefore we have two amazing Centre Directors, Mel A and Mel H who work in partnership to deliver exceeding care and education to our children and families.
Mel A (pictured right) is a dedicated early childhood professional, it is Mel’s passion to support children and families to become successful and resilient learners. Mel is excited to support your journey at Inspired Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Mel H (pictured left) is a passionate early childhood professional, and her priority is to create an environment that is happy, safe and calm in which children and families can grow with confidence. Mel is present at Inspired Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm
Our Inspired Management team are readily available to support with any questions, ideas or suggestions.
Our Educational Leader, through collaboration with educators, families and the community will guide the development of the curriculum of learning and education for children and will also help with educator growth in reflection and the understanding of children’s learning and development. This role is key to quality practice in the education and care of children.
Our 3- and 4-year-old Kindergarten curriculum is designed and implemented by our Early Childhood Teachers who have a teaching degree specialising in Early Childhood.
Our Kindergarten Teachers are passionate and enthusiastic Teachers who recognise children as active community members and therefore seek and value their thoughts and opinions. Our team intend for every child and their family to feel a sense of belonging, and wellbeing through rewarding relationships and acceptance of others.
Mrs Jess (pictured top) is our 4 year old Kindergarten Teacher and supports, encourages and instils our love of learning for our Wallabies children. Jess is known for her inspirational teaching methods, group projects and forever challenging the children’s thoughts and ideas through play opportunities.
Miss Lainey (pictured middle) is our 3 year old Kindergarten Teacher and enjoys meeting and sharing learning with not only the children but also their extended family. Lainey is admired for her calm nature, organisation, inspiring play spaces and activities, and supporting not only our children but educators too ‘to fill up their cup, with kindness, fun and education’.
Mrs Maria (pictured bottom) is our co-Early Childhood Teacher in both the Kookaburras and Wallabies, Maria will be guiding and working in partnership with Jess and our 4 year old Kindergarten children on Monday’s and Tuesday’s and with Lainey and our 3 year old Kindergarten children on Thursday’s and Fridays. Maria is known for her passion for interactive lessons, from hands on arts and crafts, to exploring science experiments and challenging our cognitive mind through group games and activities. Maria is known to go above and beyond as she strives for further education and experience with children.

Meet our Inspired Chef, Allison, who is passionate about providing healthy, nutritious and fresh food your child will love.
At Inspired, our Inspired Chef’s are food safety supervisors and have been nutritionally trained to prepare fresh, healthy meals to support children’s health, development, and growing bodies.
Creativity and determination have always been the earmarks of our Inspired Chef’s, who are continually seeking new healthy recipes to share with your children.
