At Inspired we believe to provide an exceeding learning environment to our children and families, we need to be present, sharing meaningful conversation and extending your child’s learning as it occurs. We aim to work in collaboration with our families through open communication, conversations, feedback and the sharing of information to instil creativity, love and education.
Each and everyday our Inspired educators will create a daily reflection to share with you via Xplor, this daily reflection shares what learning occurred today, what the children enjoyed and our ongoing projects.
At Inspired, we provide an environment that is both consistent and flexible to the children’s needs. Our educational environments are designed to cater to children’s individual needs, including. having whole fruit readily available to nourish children’s wellbeing, beds and bedding flexible in it’s arrangement to support your child’s sleep routines and meals prepared at the Centre that is flexible to the educational and daily acitivities in each environment.
The below outline is the basic daily routine, however each educational environment has their own daily routine which includes information on when specific activities are offered, such as pre-writing opportunities in our Kindergarten environment and planned community outings curriculum.
Our flexible daily routine:
6:30am: Centre opens, family grouping in our Emus environment
7:00am – 8:00am: Breakfast is served
7:30am: Children move into their educational environments and commence morning activities.
9:00am: Acknowledgement of Country, Yarning Circle
9:15am – 10:00am: Morning Tea is served
10:00am: Indoor/Outdoor activities as planned via curriculum
11:00am – 12:00pm: Lunch is served
12:30pm: Earth hour, all children engage in rest/relaxation time
1:00pm: Indoor/Outdoor activities as planned via curriculum
2:00pm – 3:00pm: Afternoon tea is served.
3:00pm: Indoor/Outdoor activities as planned via curriculum
5:00pm: Resetting of the environment, small and large group experiences and family grouping commences
5:30pm: Late snack is served in Emus environment for family grouping
6:30pm: Centre closes
